This breathwork is known as circular breathing or conscious connected breathing. You are active throughout even though you will also be laying on the floor.
Breathwork is very safe but like everything in life there are some contraindications. This is in fact the case for all types of breathwork with the most common contraindications as follows:
Breathwork can result in an intense physical and emotional release. So if you are experiencing any of the above contraindications, please speak to your doctor before you attend. YOU, after all, are important.

These sessions are all about YOU so wear something comfortable. Comfy workout gear seems to work well for most.
The most important thing to bring is your curiosity and a willingness to try something new!
Because you are laying on the floor, I would encourage you to bring either a yoga mat or a towel to soften the surface you are laying on. Some people also find a pillow under their knees can assist in making yourself comfortable – just none under your head.
Some people can get a little cold during the session, so if you think that might happen to you, I would encourage you to bring something you can drape over the top of you for the session.

GREAT question! You should DEFINITELY be fully hydrated for the session. So make sure you drink lots of water beforehand.
As for food, it is important that you do not eat a full or heavy meal in the 2 hours before the class. You will be doing a lot of breathing into your diaphragm so having a full tummy can make that uncomfortable. A light meal or snack is fine.
The in person Breathwork sessions are kept intentionally small to keep it personalised and so that you feel safe and able to give yourself freely to the session without a large group surrounding you.
I therefore keep the sessions limited to 10 people per session.
Because Breathwork sessions can bring up a lot of emotions, I recommend from the ages of 18 years and up.

I know from my own experience just how valuable this Breathwork is. When I was introduced to this Breathwork by my teacher and mentor, JP, sessions just like these helped me to make many shifts.
My desire therefore with these Breathwork sessions is to make them available to as many people as possible and at an investment price that is affordable. The group sessions in person are therefore $25 per person.
